I lead a team of five to seven software developers and QA specialists. We design and implement enterprise applications such as M&E systems, Point of sale solutions, websites, hospital systems, finance systems, requisitions, workflow tools, mobile apps, data collection tools, communication tools (SMS and social media), CRMs, etc; for private institutions, NGOs and the GOU.

I was the lead software engineer and also the lead software architect on a team of engineers that implemented a MIS for BURN manufacturing to help track its customer profiles, and also to manage customer repayments in a PAYG model built on top of mobile money integrations.

I supervised and led the development of a Management Information System (MIS) and a mobile application for the Gas Business Unit. System modules developed include: Customer on-boarding, Payment processing, Inventory management, Business Intelligence, Notifications management, Surveys, Promotions, Accounting & Finance, and a Mobile app. I also managed software engineers, sub-contractors and external stakeholders. I setup and managed the AWS infrastructure
