I formulate and document user requirements, design and develop website applications and train clients on how to use software applications. I install, configure, monitor and maintain Pahappa Servers used for hosting applications. I also write articles for publication on a regular basis related to Web Development and Hosting.

I was in charge of facilitating the allocation of every polling station in the district with Biometric Voter Verification Kit. I offered technical support in resolving issues relating to the functioning of the Biometric Voter Verification System (BVVS), configured the Electronic Results Transmission and Dissemination System (ERTDS) for all categories of elections. Maintained the ERTDS and BVVS equipment inventory. Trained BVVS operators on its usage, supported,trained and supervised data entry clerks at the district. • Prepared regular reports on Biometric Voter Verification Kits and Electronic Results Transmission and Dissemination System.

I disassembled and assembled equipment for repair, cleaning and maintenance, helped skilled members of staff complete direct industrial work to gain different understanding of different roles and processes. I studied functional relationships between different operational areas to better understand importance and impact of different decisions and protocols. Worked closely with industry professionals such as network and systems administrators as well as equipment (hardware) manager to expand upon acquired training with practical knowledge. I evaluated current methods to identify opportunities to reduce costs and eliminate waste.

I designed, implemented and monitored clients’ web pages and sites for continuous improvement, created eye-catching and functional digital design concepts across various platforms to strength clients’ brands and identities. I tested websites and performed troubleshooting prior to deployment. Designed site to be compatible with top web browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari to mention but a few. I analyzed requirements and designed, developed and implemented software applications for multiple websites. Established milestones for projects and prepared all team members to meet aggressive deadlines. Gathered and refined specifications and requirements based on technical needs. Represented web team at meetings with executives and discussed project goals and milestones. Strengthened other company brands and identity by creating distinctive websites and logos for them.
