I lead the Quality Assurance and Systems Testing division, leveraging expertise in software development, system analysis, and design. My role involves developing and documenting business processes, providing technical leadership, and ensuring deliverables meet specifications and quality standards. Additionally, I manage software products, collect and document requirements, and spearhead business process engineering and re-engineering initiatives.

I have been leading in the quality assurance of this system and also handling the project management division. My role is pivotal in creating comprehensive system documentation, ensuring clarity and precision in every aspect of the software lifecycle. I am also adept at conducting thorough software testing and quality assurance, guaranteeing that each deliverable meets the highest standards. My effectiveness in gathering precise requirements and planning sprints leads to efficient project execution.

I oversaw the system testing and user training of the ROMEL System. My primary responsibility was comprehensive system testing and user training. I employed meticulous testing methodologies to ensure the system’s reliability and effectiveness and developed and executed training modules tailored to various groups ensuring transition to the new system.
